Pulsed X-ray Inspection System

Irradiation of pulsed X-ray to packaged products in motion on a conveyor detects small particles, breakages, cracks, missing content inside packages. The system processed the fluoroscopic X-ray image　and automatically judges Pass/Fail.

In recent years, more aluminum material is used for pharmaceutical packaging in view of quality retention. X-ray inspection is the solution to detection of defect inside opaque packaging materials which is hard to be found by human eyes or a camera.

• Particles inside freeze-dry cake
• Breakage, crack or existence of tablets inside aluminum-aluminum blister package
• Existence of buffer material or inserts inside carton
• Contents caught in the sealing area
